Appointment Booking Process:
Step 1: Visit the website - https://peds360plus.com/
Step 2: Click on “Patient Portal”
Step 3: Registered new patients do not have to "Create an Account" and choose “Log in with athenahealth”
Step 4: Enter your email address and password used for registration. Then click “Log In”
Step 5: After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the patient portal. To schedule an appointment, click the “Schedule Now” button
Step 6: Click on the “Schedule Appointment” Button to begin
Step 7: Select the “Specialty” from the drop-down menu
Step 8: Select “New Patient” from the drop-down menu. Based on your chosen specialty, available practitioners will appear. Choose an available time and date from the calendar.
Step 9: Once the selection process is completed, you can “Review Appointment”. If you need to make changes, click the “Back” button. Otherwise, proceed by clicking the “Schedule Appointment” button.
Step 10: After scheduling, you will see a confirmation page displaying the appointment details. You also have the option to add the appointment to your calendar.
Step 11: In the patient portal, you can view your scheduled appointment. You will have options to cancel or reschedule if needed.
Step 12: You will also receive an email confirmation with an option to reschedule the appointment if needed.
