Mykola is a passionate yoga teacher with a deep conviction that yoga is an integral part of life. She is certified in Yoga Therapy and has had the privilege of serving individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures during her time living in Costa Rica while working at a renowned Yoga and Wellness Retreat Center. This international experience enriches Mykola’s classes, private sessions, and interactions with others. Additionally, Mykola enthusiastically serves as a third-grade teacher in the City of Philadelphia School System.
Her classes are a harmonious blend of vibrant yet tranquil asanas (postures) that encourage the body to exert effort while also surrendering to the healing effects of a well-rounded yoga practice.
